The apartment was designed for easy overnight stays with your horses and includes a living room, kitchen, and full bath on the main floor and bedroom and 2nd full bath on the upper level. The second barn features a fully heated work-shop area with a concrete floor and large over-head doors. The workshop is perfect for a car-enthusiast or wood-working shop. The remainder of this barn is designed for indoor hay storage, tractors, and other farm equipment. Wildlife abounds on this truly remarkable property, including bald eagles, deer, osprey and other rarer birds, and the 11-acre lake is populated with some magnificent fish.More about the Equestrian Facility:The stable, hay barn, and primary turnout for the horses are at the highest point on the property with 30-50ft of elevation, a large gutter/drain system, and mud-free footing that provides one of the driest equestrian facilities in Michigan.
